- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures by providing appropriate care and support
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately perform tasks such as taking vital signs, measuring height and weight, and collecting specimens
- Administer medications under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
```Qualifications```
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent education and training
- Proven experience in providing patient care in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of medical administrative support functions
- Proficient in performing patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and collecting specimens
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
- Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document patient information and communicate effectively within the healthcare team
