Receptionist
Farmhouse Chiropractic is looking for a Part-time receptionists that is dedicated & equally passionate about human & animal health as well as committed to owning this role and being in this position long-term.
Part-Time Candidate: 1 - 1.5 days a week with seasonal travel to events
- This is a hourly position $15-$17
- This position would require flexibility & occasionally be available to work various events, and be comfortable working up to 20 hours (sometimes more depending on season).
Preferred but not required:
- Prior customer service/food industry/ medical experience a plus
- Previous Chiropractic/Medical Experience
- Involved in Equestrian or K9 Sports
Compensation:
15.00 - 17.00 hourly

As the part-time receptionist you will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling / Check In & Check Out
- Answering phones & monitoring messages across multiple platforms including text/fax/email
- Controlling the schedule & flow of office
- Accurately & respectfully representing Farmhouse Chiropractic & co-brands
- Assisting Doctors with treatments & K9 patients as needed
- Answering questions about all services & treatments
- Checking in on patients the day after or as instructed
- Opening office & setting the office up for success
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Light office cleaning
- Prioritizing important information & relaying appropriately
- Acting as the first point of contact, coordinating a seamless experience throughout the office
- Managing retail products & maintaining knowledge of our various vendors
- Keeping track of inventory
- Adaptable in a dynamic & evolving environment
- Reading situations & responding accordingly
- Remaining open to changes to the role
The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in workflow & daily routines. Farmhouse Chiropractic is growing at an exponential rate and requires a candidate that can remain both flexible and stable as the business transitions into new phases. This position may require occasional travel & schedule flexibility during certain parts of the year.
