CTC Heating & Air is looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing residential and light commercial HVAC service, repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations. Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC system issues, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, installing new heating and cooling equipment, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service. The right candidate should have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining company standards. Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, refrigerant systems, and airflow diagnostics is preferred.
