Location: Hendricks, MN 56136
Start Date: 2 weeks from offer date
Shift: 12-hour Night Shift
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: Up to $2,200/week
- Blended Hourly Rate: $44.60/hour
- (Base Pay: $15.00/hour + Tax-Free Stipend: $29.60/hour)
- Taxable Weekly Pay: $600
- Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend: $1,184
- Overtime Rate: $52.00/hour after 40 hours
- Estimated OT: 8 hours × $52.00 = $416
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license eligible to practice in Minnesota
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or nursing home experience required.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Ability to work 48 hours per week
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct
- Must be able to complete all required facility onboarding and compliance requirements
