Training Coordinator (AVP)
If you’re the kind of person who enjoys teaching, explaining, and helping others “get it,” keep reading.
Harmony Bank is looking for a Training Coordinator who can take information, simplify it, and turn it into training that actually sticks. You’ll play a big role in how our frontline teams learn, grow, and show up for our customers every day.
What This Role Is All About
This is part trainer, part organizer, part go-to resource.
You’ll own onboarding for new hires, keep ongoing training fresh and relevant, and help employees feel confident in what they do—whether it’s understanding procedures, navigating systems, or delivering a great customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and lead onboarding programs for new frontline team members (Tellers, Personal Bankers, Universal Bankers, etc.)
- Deliver training on procedures, policies, and customer service—making it clear, practical, and easy to apply
- Be the person employees go to when they have “how does this work?” questions
- Create training materials, guides, and job aids that people actually use
- Partner with leadership and the Experience Coordinator to bring customer experience training to life
- Help roll out new products, services, and process changes through training
- Work with vendors and internal experts to coordinate specialized training
- Assign and track training through systems like CSI or other platforms
- Keep everything up to date as procedures and regulations evolve
What You Bring
- You’re organized and detail-oriented (you notice the small stuff that matters)
- You’re comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading training sessions
- You can take complex information and make it simple and clear
- You’re patient, approachable, and people feel comfortable asking you questions
- You can juggle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
- You enjoy collaborating and working across different teams
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience delivering training and creating training materials
- 3+ years of banking experience (teller, personal banker, or similar role)
- Strong understanding of branch operations and deposit processes
- Familiarity with banking regulations, policies, and core systems
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and virtual training tools
The Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- On-site role
- Travel to branch locations required
- Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds)
