We are seeking a skilled Certified Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a size D5 bulldozer on construction sites. The ideal candidate must be proficient in reading blueprints and capable of cutting blast zones down to grade according to specifications. This role demands safety-consciousness and effective coordination on job sites to ensure smooth project operations.
Responsibilities
Operate size D5 bulldozer efficiently and safely
Read and interpret blueprints for site grading
Cut blast zones down to grade per specifications
Maintain compliance with safety standards on site
Coordinate with job site personnel
Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation
Drug Screen and 7-year background check is needed
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Heavy Equipment Operator training
Heavy Equipment Operator Certification
Blueprint interpretation
Experience in site grading techniques and safety procedures
Mechanical troubleshooting abilities
Strong communication and time management skills
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
