Clients First Landscape Solutions is a leading irrigation solutions provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is seeking an Irrigation Manager to oversee the installation and maintenance of advanced irrigation systems. The role requires in-depth knowledge of irrigation practices, project management experience, and effective communication skills. ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage irrigation projects to ensure exceptional outcomes and profitability
- Foster clear and effective communication among team members and clients to deliver superior service
- Uphold budget objectives, ensuring timely billing and successful proposal completions
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, overseeing their performance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor accounts receivables consistently to maintain a healthy financial status
- Manage all irrigation team members including techs, installers and field crews.
- Construction division as builts, close outs and system design
- Manage system audits, backflow coordination, seasonal adjustments, repairs
- Work withe maintenance team on properties and address client issues
- Repair quoting and estimate work up
- Scheduling and routing of crews within maintenance and construction divisions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, anticipating and addressing their needs proactively
- Work with construction estimating on front end system design and cost savings for large installations.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, fostering smooth communication across all teams
- Develop and implement effective irrigation strategies to optimize water usage and promote sustainable practices
- Oversee regular inspections of irrigation systems to ensure their efficient operation and identify potential issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality irrigation equipment and materials, negotiating favorable terms and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in irrigation systems, recommending innovative solutions for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, addressing any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective measures as needed
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop comprehensive irrigation project proposals, providing accurate cost estimations and timelines
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to established safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in irrigation management or a related field is required

- Efficient watering controller programming and management
- Familiarity with pump stations, smart controllers, and 2 wire
- Irrigation design (flow rate and pressure)
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and to set and achieve goals
- A team player who can interact effectively with people from a cross-section of people from different backgrounds and at all levels of a company
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
- Understanding of financial statements
- Experience with multi million dollar system installations for commercial developments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
