Taylor's Carpet is a well established family owned company serving the Inland Empire, High Desert, low desert and Orange County. We have provided carpet, tile,and upholstery care, stretching/repair and new flooring installation since 1997. We also offer water damage services. Our customers are long term/repeat customers because we care about end results and 100% satisfaction.
The right candidate will be driving the company vehicle to pre scheduled jobs (offices and homes). You will be cleaning carpets, tile and upholstery with a professional truck mounted machine. You will need to "up-sell" to increase your commission $$$ such as assessing the customers' needs beyond the basic clean like pet stain removal or tile grout cleaning needs. You will be responsible for keeping the vehicle organized along with assessing supplies needed for each day. Time management is important to get from job to job in an efficient manner.
You will be paired with a lead technician for at least your 2 weeks to a month before going out on your own.
We provide all leads- you execute and control how much income you make!
Candidate must be clean cut, non smoking, well-spoken, great communicator, reliable and punctual.
You will need reliable transportation to our Loma Linda location and a Current Driver license/ Clean driving record.
$$Pay PLUS COMMISSION$$
Hours can vary depending on work load 4-6 days per week @ 4-8 hours per day. It is required to be available at least 2 weekends each month and some overnight on-call emergency jobs.

- Are you trained and experienced with TRUCK MOUNT carpet cleaning machines?
- Are you experienced with selling? You are required to "up sell" cleaning jobs (ie-add on deep cleaning, stain and odor removal, tile and grout, area rug needs etc"
- Do you have experience in stripping and waxing flooring?
- Are you available to work an occasional after hours servicing (on-call emergency service)?
