Sparkles Home Health Care LLC is a Minnesota DHS-licensed 245D provider dedicated to helping individuals live safely and independently in their homes and communities. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide homemaking support and companionship services to a client in Richfield.

Schedule
* Part-time: 16–20 hours per week
* Every other weekend required
* Opportunity for additional hours as they become available
Responsibilities
* Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities (conversation, reading, movies, puzzles, etc.)
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
* Assist with laundry, bed making, and light housekeeping
* Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen
* Document services provided and complete required client notes
* Follow the client’s support plan while maintaining professionalism and respect
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Previous DSP, PCA, caregiving, or home care experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
* Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to communicate effectively in English
* Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality care

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
