The Fashion Foundation is a nonprofit organization in the fashion industry. We get designers to donate excess merchandise to our organization and with the proceeds from our online store and donations we purchase school supplies for underprivileged students in New York.
We are looking for part time Fall and Spring interns for our Long Island office to assist with merchandising, e-commerce, product photography, social media and more. It's a very hands on experience and you'll be working directly with the Founder.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and organizing merchandise donations from fashion brands
- Merchandise and prepare products for sale
- Upload and manage products on our e-commerce platform
- Assist with product photography and image editing
- Support marketing, outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Help maintain inventory and organizational systems
- Participate in special projects as needed
