Job Title: Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager
Location: Downtown Miami, FL - Onsite 4 days/week (Locals)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple teams and drive project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, deep expertise in JIRA, and proven experience managing colocated and distributed teams. This role requires excellent stakeholder communication, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure delivery success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2-4 teams simultaneously, including colocated groups
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (refinement, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and grooming sessions
- Drive project execution using Scrum and Waterfall practices as appropriate
- Establish metrics, track progress, identify risks, and create mitigation plans
- Engage the right stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution
- Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders on project status
- Coach teams on Agile practices, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and remove blockers
- Support backlog management and prioritization with Product Owners
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in JIRA and Confluence
- Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing colocated and distributed teams
- Skilled in stakeholder communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to build roadmaps, track dependencies, and drive delivery outcomes
