What Your Day Looks Like
Every shift is different, but your core responsibilities include:
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to every guest
- Completing efficient check-in and check-out transactions
- Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
- Handling reservations, billing questions, and payments accurately
- Anticipating guest needs and offering local recommendations
- Resolving concerns calmly and turning issues into positive outcomes
- Maintaining brand standards and front desk procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills, clear, calm, and guest-focused
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and comfort with hotel systems
- Ability to handle cash, credit cards, and basic math
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
