Online Transport System Inc. is seeking an organized and highly motivated Business Development Rep who is looking for an opportunity for growth within a growing family-owned company. As a Transportation Sales Representative, you will be responsible for initiating and qualifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Creates new opportunities by actively pursuing leads for shippers with truckloads and less-than-truckload needs.
- Build Relationships: Ability to visit local businesses and entertain clients.
- Closer: Converts qualified leads into actual sales. Excels at guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Customer Success: Identifies opportunities where Online Transport’s solutions can add value and drive efficiencies within the customer's supply chain.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving specific, measurable goals and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Internal Relationships: Engages internal resources to determine appropriate pricing and a strategy aimed at securing opportunities for increased scope with the customer in the future.
