Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN or RN to join our innovative clinic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care in a caring patient centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Greet and assist patients, taking vitals (blood pressure, temperature, weight, pulse), and documenting patient information in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Clinical Support: Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, assist healthcare providers during patient visits, and ensure proper documentation of all medical records.
- Administrative Duties: Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and assist with billing and coding. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and managing patient files.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about health practices, treatments, and medications in accordance with the medical provider’s instructions.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory of medical supplies, ensuring that the clinic is well-stocked and organized.
- Document all verbal orders from the provider and any patient calls
- Payments: Take payments in room
Experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license
- Previous experience in a Primary Care setting a plus
- Aesthetics experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
