What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to supervisors and/or site contacts.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, trailer yards, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.

Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers, helping to verify authorized access and directing individuals according to location procedures.

Support loss prevention and operational continuity by reporting damaged doors, lighting issues, unsecured areas, and/or other conditions that could affect daily distribution activities.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
