Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Integrative Primary Care Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and an interest in integrative and holistic care. Because functional and integrative medicine has a significant learning curve, we are seeking providers with a minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience. A solid foundation in primary care allows providers to more successfully develop the advanced clinical skills required to practice within our model. Experience in adult, pediatric and gynecologic care is required with at least 2+ years in a primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive family medicine services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Utilize functional medicine principles to develop personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of illness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrative care, including mental health professionals, nutritionists, and other specialists.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventive measures to enhance their health and well-being.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in functional and integrative medicine.
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner, MD, DO and/or Physician Associate degree and appropriate board certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in family/primary care medicine, with a focus on integrative and functional approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and holistic health.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
