Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager with a strong background in public accounting (CPA firm) and corporate tax.
This role requires a practical, detail-oriented professional who can actively manage accounting operations while being directly involved in tax and financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns (Federal & State, including 1120, 1065)
- Provide hands-on support in accounting operations (GL, reconciliations, month-end close)
- Manage multi-entity financial consolidation and reporting to HQ in Korea
- Oversee A/P, A/R, and treasury functions and provide team leadership
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits
- Manage property tax filings, business registrations, and compliance
- Work closely with HQ teams in Seoul on reporting and financial matters
- Maintain ERP systems (SAP/COMPASS) and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting (CPA firm required)
- (Big4 or mid-size firms strongly preferred)
- Strong experience in corporate tax (Federal & multi-state)
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple entities and consolidated reporting
- Strong communication skills in English (Korean preferred)Compensation & Benefits
