Weekend Coverage: Rotating Weekends Required
Compensation: $45.00–$50.00 per hour | $1.00/hour Weekend Shift Differential
Centurion Health is proud to partner with the Georgia Department of Corrections to provide comprehensive healthcare services across the state. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Intensive Infirmary (MII) team at Johnson State Prison in Wrightsville, Georgia.
The Medical Intensive Infirmary is a specialized unit dedicated to caring for patients with complex medical conditions requiring skilled nursing care, continuous assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This position is ideal for experienced RNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while working in a structured, supportive clinical environment.
Provide hands-on nursing care for patients with complex and chronic medical conditions.
Utilize your critical thinking and assessment skills in a specialty infirmary setting.
Work with patients requiring advanced nursing care, including tracheostomy management, enteral feeding (G-tubes), wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
Current, Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Ability to obtain facility security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
