We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer person to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations on the production floor, including assembly, equipment operation and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Experience in manufacturing is appreciated but not required, as we provide on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly and production of products
- Operate equipment and power tools
- Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Support machine operators and other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended period
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and measurement skills
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday - 10 hours per day.
