Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential rentals and commercial settings
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain floor care by applying appropriate cleaning techniques for carpets, tiles, hardwoods, and other surfaces
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits
- Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques as well as commercial cleaning protocols
- Skills in floor care including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently and accurately
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
