Full Job Description:
Customer service-focused property management firm is seeking Receptionist for Northshore-area Homeowners Associations. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or property management, a strong work ethic, and the ability to effectively communicate through telephone calls, and multi-task.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Act as the first line of communication with homeowners & clients by fielding telephone calls and delegating to the appropriate Team Member
Work together with Team Members to manage day-to-day operations of homeowner associations
Collect and process Homeowner Association mail and assessments
Proactively address the needs of the Association through direct communication with homeowners and/or the Board of Directors
Ensure all resident information is current and up-to-date in management software, including notes, attachments, and resident contacts
Requirements:
Must be reliable and self-motivated
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners and Board Members
Must be able to multitask
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance
Must possess excellent computer skills, with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel preferred
Customer Service experience is preferred
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 9 am to 5pm
Pay: $13.00 per year
Work Location: In person
