About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Chiller Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority for complex industrial cooling infrastructure, ensuring peak performance across critical environments. You will leverage your expertise in centrifugal and screw chiller systems to lead high-stakes diagnostics, major equipment overhauls, and comprehensive system optimizations.
Responsibilities-
Execute advanced troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on large-scale air-cooled, centrifugal, and water-cooled chiller plants.

Lead complex equipment teardowns and reassemblies, ensuring all mechanical components meet rigorous operational standards.

Drive project success by managing service workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering clear, actionable technical documentation.

Cultivate strong client partnerships by providing expert consultations and transparent communication regarding system health and repair status.

Manage field-level logistics, including material procurement, inventory control for service vehicles, and accurate digital reporting via mobile platforms.

Ensure total compliance with safety protocols and fleet regulations while operating company vehicles and specialized tools.
Qualifications-
7+ years of dedicated field experience servicing commercial and industrial chiller systems.

Proven technical proficiency with major chiller brands such as Trane, York, Carrier, or Daikin.

Deep understanding of 200 to 1000-ton system architecture, including VFDs, pumps, and cooling towers.

Advanced ability to interpret complex electrical schematics, mechanical prints, and industry codes.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects independently with minimal oversight.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Extensive hands-on experience with full-scale chiller teardowns.

Strong familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and integrated control logic.

Prior experience in a senior or lead technician capacity within the MEP or industrial service sector.
