Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and related disorders, utilizing applied behavior analysis to provide effective interventions.
Our Early Adolescent Program is designed specifically for children ages 5-11, focusing on building independence, strengthening social connections, and preparing for success in school and everyday life. Through individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy, we help young adolescents develop the skills they need to navigate a complex world with confidence.
As children enter their school-age years, expectations increase—academically, socially, and emotionally. Our Adolescent Program is built to meet those challenges head-on, combining structured learning with real-world application.
Using a blend of proven ABA strategies, including naturalistic and structured approaches, we help children build meaningful skills they can use at home, in school, and in their community. Research shows that combining structured learning with real-life application improves communication, social interaction, and independence for children with autism.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention programs based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and colleagues
