We’re looking for a reliable and friendly front desk attendant to join our team at Deadwood Gulch Resort. If you’re dependable, good with people, and able to work independently, we’d like to hear from you.
Location: Deadwood Gulch Resort, Deadwood, SD
Hourly rate:$19/hr
Position Details:
- Greet and check in guests
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and payments
- Assist with basic questions and local information
- Complete nightly audit procedures during night shifts
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Able to work both day and night shifts
- Comfortable working alone during overnight hours
- Previous front desk or hotel experience is helpful but not required
