Position: Small Parcel Delivery Driver
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Small Parcel Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently transport small parcels and packages to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidates are expected to have strong time management skills, a clean driving record, excellent customer service and the ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner.
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position with opportunities for dedicated routes, same-day deliveries, scheduled routes, and on-demand deliveries, with NO Benefits including Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up, transport, and deliver small parcels according to assigned routes and schedules
- Load and unload packages safely and accurately to prevent damage.
- Verify package information before delivery.
- Complete assigned delivery routes efficiently and on time
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and basic operational condition
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation using GPS and route planning tools
- Maintain customer and company confidentiality at all times
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays, route changes,or delivery issues.
Driver Qualifications
- Minimum of 25 years of age
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable clean insured vehicle appropriate for deliveries
- Smartphone with reliable data service
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines
- Dependable, punctual with good attendance
- Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience preferred
- Be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
Driver Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently
- Enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
- Walk up and down stairs
- Drive, Stand and Walk for extended periods
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
