Retail Merchandiser & Fixture Installer — Hawaii
Overview
Mallard Group is hiring dependable, motivated Retail Merchandisers & Fixture Installers in Hawaii to support upcoming retail projects.
In this role, you’ll work as part of a team to install and assemble store fixtures, complete merchandising resets, stock and organize merchandise, and prepare retail spaces according to client plans and brand standards.
This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates who enjoy working with a team, staying active, and seeing the results of their work at the end of each shift. Paid training is provided, and strong performers may have opportunities to work on additional Mallard Group projects.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install retail fixtures, shelving, displays, signage, and related components
- Complete merchandising resets according to planograms, schematics, and client instructions
- Stock, organize, and properly place merchandise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow project instructions, safety procedures, and client standards
- Communicate professionally with Mallard Group leadership, team members, store personnel, and clients
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts
- Help the team complete projects accurately and on schedule
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be dependable and able to report to assigned project locations in Hawaii
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting materials and fixtures safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, store resets, remodeling, construction, or similar hands-on work is preferred but not required
- Ability to read planograms or basic installation instructions is a plus
- Flexibility to work project schedules, which may include days, evenings, overnight shifts, or weekends depending on the assignment
