Sales Representative – Residential Remodeling & Home Improvement
Location: San Diego, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19/hour + potential sales commission
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our residential remodeling and home improvement team.
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with their residential remodeling and renovation needs.
- Visit customer homes to take measurements and collect project information.
- Prepare quotes using Microsoft Excel and draft contracts using Microsoft Word.
- Follow up with customers, leads, quotes, and projects.
- Coordinate multiple projects between customers, purchasing, warehouse, and installers.
- Communicate project details, schedules, materials, and changes to the appropriate team members.
- Create basic kitchen and bathroom layouts and sales orders using company software.
- Identify issues and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency required for communication with installers.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
- Previous experience in sales, residential remodeling, renovation, construction, home improvement, or customer service is a plus.
