We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who thrives in urgent care, values teamwork, and enjoys delivering exceptional patient experiences. What You’ll Do
As a provider at Next Level Medical, you’ll deliver comprehensive urgent and episodic care while also supporting continuity of care for primary care patients. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team in a collaborative environment that prioritizes quality outcomes, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages with urgent, acute, and chronic medical concerns
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including emergent, urgent, and non-urgent conditions
- Diagnose and manage a wide variety of illnesses and injuries
- Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic testing including labs, imaging, EKGs, and point-of-care testing
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians when appropriate
- Perform in-office procedures such as wound care, splinting, suturing, incision & drainage, injections, and other therapeutic interventions
- Prescribe medications and educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Support continuity of care through primary care follow-up and wellness-focused patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and clinical quality
Team & Culture
- Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and operations leaders
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
- Help create an efficient, compassionate, and welcoming experience for every patient
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource and advocate for patient wellness
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active and unrestricted state NP or PA license
- Board Certification required
- Active DEA license with no restrictions
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Preferred Experience
- Urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or ambulatory care experience
- Strong procedural and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
- Confidence managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
