I proudly serve the Arizona community after growing up in Southern California and falling in love with the Valley during visits with family and friends. It quickly became home, and I feel fortunate to help protect the people and families in our community every day. Outside of the office, you'll usually find me on the golf course, cooking and trying new recipes, skiing, or spending time with family and friends.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Vahn Bozoian - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
