Position: Pool Route Manager
Location: Pinch A Penny #47 Spring Hill, FL
Pay: $45,000–$50,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and organized Pool Route Manager to oversee our pool service operations. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong pool maintenance background, takes pride in quality work, and has the leadership skills to manage a team and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily pool cleaning operations and service routes of 5 technicians
- Train and support pool service technicians
- Inspect pools and completed work to ensure company quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot pool equipment issues
- Communicate with customers regarding maintenance issues and recommended repairs
- Assist with hiring and training new pool technicians
- Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Provide quotes for new customers
- Complete green cleanups
Qualifications
- Previous pool service experience required
- Previous supervisory or management experience required
- Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and green cleanups
- Knowledge of residential pool pumps, filters, chlorinators and salt systems
- Ability to identify pool equipment and maintenance problems
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
