We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Team Members to join our Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt team! If you enjoy working with people, creating a fun guest experience, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift availability Requirement
Must have flexible availabiliy, Must be able to work for both afternoon and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome every customer with a positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service and create a fun guest experience
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Prepare food items as needed, ensuring all products meet Menchie's quality standards.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required Part-time
