Overview
My name is Louie, the owner of Budget Refinishers Inc..
- We are a local Bathtub and tile refinishing service business in Chicago IL. The goal is to hire someone who can help generate high-quality leads, and turn them into customers and build relationships with property managers, investors, hotels, and homeowners like we have for many years. I am not asking for a miracle obviously, with this position there will be challenges, but If you believe, you are good at sales, all you would have to do is get us in front of the customer to perform our service and we take care of the rest! This position can be completely remote but when a customer requires us to visit for a meet great, we obviously have to make that appearance! Thank you.
Phase 1:
Looking for someone with:
- 2–5 years of outside sales experience
- Comfortable making cold calls and door-to-door visits
- Experience with contractors, home services, or property management is a plus
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and organized
Phase 2:
- 25–40 cold calls- per day!
- 5–10 in-person visits - if actable
- 3–5 estimates scheduled-per month
- 2 follow-up appointments-twice a week
- Update the CRM before ending the day.
I will measure activity first, sales second.
Phase 3: Target Your Ideal Customers
Focus on:
- Apartment owners and multifamily operators
- Property management companies
- Hotels and motels
- Realtors
- General contractors
- Restoration companies
- Plumbing companies
- Homeowners with remodeling projects
The highest lifetime value usually comes from recurring commercial clients.
Phase 4: Compensation Plan
A simple structure could be:
- Base salary
- Commission on closed jobs
- Bonus for monthly revenue goals
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
