G. M. Roth Design Remodeling is seeking an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to join our growing team in Nashua, NH. This role focuses on high-end residential kitchen and bath design and works closely with our sales staff to create premium, custom spaces for homeowners throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned design professional with strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to deliver luxury kitchen and bathroom designs from concept through final selections.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, from the first interaction, the ability to inspire confidence in prospects and position yourself as a Designer they are willing to invest in
- Design and sell custom high-end kitchens and bathrooms for residential remodeling projects
- Meet with clients to understand design goals, functionality needs, and styles
- Create detailed layouts, cabinetry designs, and selection packages
- Prepare design ideas, renderings, and final build plans using 2020 Design Flex or similar CAD software
- Assist with product, fixture, and material selections
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure design accuracy
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the design phase
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer with 5+ years in the industry
- Strong portfolio of luxury or high-end residential design projects
- NKBA certification (CKBD, AKBD) or similar credential is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and client-facing skills
- Experience selling in a design build environment
- Proficiency in kitchen and bath design software (2020 Design Flex, REVIT, or similar)
- Knowledge of current kitchen and bathroom trends, materials, and products
- Bachelor's degree a plus
