No resume required. Confidential conversations encouraged.
If you are one of the best roll-off drivers in Northern Virginia, we should talk.
We are looking for the driver your manager never has to worry about. You show up on time, operate safely and independently, navigate difficult jobsites, protect customer property, and get the job done right.
What Our Drivers Say Makes the Difference
We asked our drivers what they appreciate most about working at Next Day Dumpsters:
- Proactive pay reviews: We benchmark driver pay every six months, so you do not have to ask for a fair raise.
- Assigned truck: You will normally drive the same truck each day, so you can keep it clean and take pride in it. If your truck is down, we get you into a spare.
- 100% Hook lift fleet: No dragging heavy steel cables through the mud. Just well-maintained trucks that let you focus on the job.
- Driver Support Hotline: A dedicated team whose focus is helping our drivers succeed. Get real-time support with route issues, difficult jobsites, customer concerns, and unexpected problems.
- Driver Retention: Drivers who join Next Day Dumpsters tend to build long-term careers here.

Let's Talk
We know the best drivers are skeptical about changing companies, and for good reason.
Rather than asking you to trust a job posting, we would rather tell you directly how we operate, how we support our drivers, and why so many choose to build their careers at Next Day Dumpsters.
Choose whichever option is easiest:
Schedule online: Visit www.nextdaydumpsters.com/schedule-my-call to choose a convenient time for a confidential 15-minute Driver Career Conversation.
Text us: Text DRIVER to 301.550.2737 and we will automatically send you the private scheduling link.
You will speak directly with our Driver Performance and Support Manager. No resume, formal application, or HR process is required before the initial conversation.
One conversation will tell you whether Next Day Dumpsters is the right move for you.
