For: Data Entry Clerk
General Job Functions:
Participate in the operations and activities in our office including, but not limited to, order processing, billing, purchase order receiving, accounts receivable and payable, etc. You’ll be working with two others on the Office Team.
Reports To: Office Manager
Schedule: 8:00am – 4:00pm. Schedule will include weekends.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Flexible and able to shift to different tasks quickly
- Ability to prioritize tasks and time.
- Able to work with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new computer skills and applications.
- Ability to enter data/ten key quickly and accurately.
- Telephone communication and customer service, routing calls to proper people, etc.
- Ability to work with a variety of people from truck drivers, other warehouse, and office staff.
- Ability to review shipments to confirm quantity, accuracy and condition of items received
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
- Other general office duties (fill and replace printer paper and toner, mail sorting, filing, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

Work Remotely
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Data Entry: 1 year (Required)
