EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
As a Sales Team Lead, you will serve as a lead worker for a shift and guide a team of clerks. This Shift Lead position is also responsible for working in collaboration with the FW&GS management team. Key responsibilities include:
Shift Leadership: Manage daily store functions, oversee and train lower-level clerks, ensuring they follow store procedures and policies-
Customer Service: Positively engage with shoppers, provide product guidance, and help resolve concerns

Store Readiness: Unload shipments, stock shelves, assemble product displays, and maintain store cleanliness,

Sales Operations: Use cash registers, scan products, accurately handle cash, and address pricing issues

Report Preparation: Complete shift reports including accounting, inventory management, and cash management reports

Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.

This is an itinerant position, requiring travel as needed.

Salary: The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable.
