Rise Coatings is a fast-growing concrete coatings company specializing in epoxy flooring, polished concrete, grind & seal, and urethane cement systems for residential and commercial projects.
We are looking for hardworking, reliable installers to join our team. This is a hands-on position working on garages, patios, warehouses, and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in concrete prep (grinding, vacuuming, crack repair)
- Apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems
- Broadcast flake and assist with top coats
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Follow direction from Project Manager / Crew Leader
- Work efficiently to help complete jobs on time

Requirements:
- Construction experience preferred (coatings, flooring, or similar is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
