We’re seeking a bilingual, entry-level paralegal who is ready to learn, grow, and thrive in our fast-paced but supportive office.
This is a permanent, full-time position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). Temporary or part-time applicants will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
As a paralegal, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working alongside attorneys and teammates dedicated to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
Casework & Legal Support
- Manage a caseload focused on family-based immigration processes.
- Prepare immigration forms, letters, and case documents for attorney review.
- Draft client letters and perform basic research to support cases.
- Communicate with government agencies to request case updates and submit inquiries.
Client Support & Communication
- Collect case information and documents directly from clients.
- Keep clients informed with timely follow-up calls, emails, and texts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions throughout the day.
Skills & Abilities
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and committed to excellence:
- Bilingual: Native or fluent English/Spanish preferred (other bilingual applicants may be considered).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word & Outlook and quick to learn new technology.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases at once.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills.
- Open to feedback, training, and continuous improvement.
- College degree is preferred but not required.
