eCars LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our team. We are seeking someone who understands the automotive sales process, communicates well with customers, and is ready to help maintain and grow our dealership’s sales performance.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson who prefers a smaller dealership environment where their work, customer relationships, and results are recognized.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
- Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and available inventory
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
- Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with potential buyers
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Work with management to complete sales paperwork accurately
- Keep vehicles and the sales area presentable
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat and referral business
- Meet individual and dealership sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Professional, dependable, and motivated
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Ability to follow up consistently with leads
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Compensation
- Hourly pay plus commission
- Opportunity to earn more based on sales performance
- Compensation details will be discussed during the interview
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Availability to work dealership hours, including Saturdays, is required
