ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an account manager and sales professional, you are essential to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will have a positive impact on our customer's lives by actively promoting personalized products and services, helping them save money while securing the coverage they need. In this role, you will handle lead follow-ups, provide policy quotes, contact prospects, and meet with both current and potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, educate and sell policies to leads.
- Follow up and provide quotes to leads
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales is preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Driven, coachable, and professional.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
