Overview
We are a unique restaurant and bar that blends great hospitality with social activities like axe throwing, ping pong, and darts. A big part of the business is hosting corporate events. We are seeking an experienced Server / Bartender who is adaptable and professional. This role focuses primarily on table service, but you will be cross-trained behind the bar. If you are a friendly, hospitality-driven team player, our servers average over $30/hour (including tips) across their weekly shifts.
Server & Hospitality Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, friendly table service in a unique, high-energy environment.
- Guide guests through food, drink, and activity menus with enthusiasm.
- Anticipate guest needs to ensure an elevated and memorable experience.
- Manage table rotations and guest orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Process payments accurately using the restaurant POS system.
Bar & Cross-Training Responsibilities
- Complete full cross-training to confidently support bar operations as needed.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area during shifts.
- Assist with bar prep, glassware washing, and restocking inventory. [1, 2]
Event & Venue Operations
- Adapt smoothly to changing paces, from steady public nights to bustling corporate events.
- Collaborate with the team to set up, execute, and break down private parties.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across the dining and activity areas.
- Maintain strict compliance with all local food safety and alcohol service laws.
Pay: $5.00 - $30.00 per hour
