Mechanical Marine Assembler:
Responsibilities for this position will include:
Produce components, sub-assemblies, and final assembly of custom small passenger aluminum boats
· Install various Boat parts and accessories
· Good knowledge & use of hand and power tool and fasteners
· High Attention to detail to adhere to quality standards
· Follow verbal & written directions
· Maintain a safe & clean work area
· Work independently as required
· Complete tasks in required time frame
· Use Proper PPE
· Perform other duties as required
· Communicate ideas, suggestions & concerns to management
Qualifications:
· Must have at minimum a high school diploma or higher
Understanding of 12 volt DC circuitry a plus
· Knowledge & usage of basic shop mathematics
· Understand & use of all measuring devices
· Mechanical assembly or construction experience
· Must possess or be able to acquire basic hand tools
· Required to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
· Must be able to work with dust, solvents, oils, and other chemicals
· Must possess a Florida Driver’s license
· Punctuality and the ability to work required OT as needed
· Ability to work well with others to meet the goals of the company and it’s customers

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
