What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic—greeting clients and patients with warmth and empathy
- Manage appointment scheduling with efficiency and attention to detail
- Answer questions about services, pricing, and care with confidence and clarity
- Support the team with administrative tasks like record keeping and data entry
- Help guide clients through preventive care recommendations and scheduling
- Navigate client concerns with compassion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
- Work closely with our veterinary team to create a seamless, Fear Free experience for pets and their people

- High school or equivalent (Required)

- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
