This Charlotte-based position offers local routes, a home daily schedule, and reliable pay with a set night shift schedule, Automatic equipment, and guaranteed overtime.

Location: Charlotte, NC Annual Earnings: $84,000 + Paid Weekly Home Daily

Locomotive Fuel & Service Key Responsibilities
-
Work safely at all times; empowered to STOP work due to unsafe conditions
-
Follow procedures for loading/unloading sand, water, lube oil, and waste disposal
-
Safely fuel locomotives on-call using precise procedures
-
Respond promptly to customer dispatches (24/7/365 availability)
-
Complete accurate fuel and service paperwork within timelines

Wear required PPE at all times
-
Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle/equipment inspections
-
Follow all customer safety rules and regulations
-
Report spills/incidents immediately
-
Assist with light maintenance and upkeep of vehicles/equipment
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of company-provided spaces
-
Keep all training, licenses, and certifications current
-
Demonstrate reliability, safety, and teamwork
Qualifications
-
CDL Class A with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements or combined X endorsement
-
No prior hazmat hauling experience required

Must pass road test and attend an in-person interview

Must pass all background checks required by the company, customer, and government

Responsible for maintaining all required licenses and certifications

Must be able to read, write, and understand English

Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently

Moderate computer skills required
Physical Requirements

Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb on/off elevated surfaces
-
May need to walk long distances on paved or uneven surfaces
-
Able to climb in/out of truck cab and up locomotive steps multiple times per shift

Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Willing to work with liquid non-hazardous materials

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
