Job Title: FAA Quality Inspector I

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4/10 Schedule)
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FAA Quality Inspector I to inspect electronic components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, engineering drawings, and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in an electronic manufacturing environment, including final inspection of completed parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final inspections on electronic and mechanical parts.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, microscopes, and other inspection equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Inspect parts for defects, workmanship, dimensions, and compliance with quality standards.
- Document inspection results and report non-conforming materials.
- Maintain inspection records and support internal and customer audits.
- Assist with First Article Inspections and customer source inspections.
- Train other inspectors as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Final inspection experience is required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
