We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Laundromat Attendant
to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. If you have
a hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service background and enjoy helping
people, we’d love to meet you!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Assist customers with using washers, dryers, payment systems, and laundry
- equipment.
- Demonstrate how to properly operate machines and answer customer questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundromat throughout each shift.
- Clean washers, dryers, folding tables, seating areas, restrooms, windows, and
- floors.
- Empty trash and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance or machine issues.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat customers.
Qualifications
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional.
- Able to work independently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
