Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Capsule Machine Operator who is fluent in Russian to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating capsule filling machines within a pharmaceutical production environment, ensuring that all processes adhere to strict quality and safety standards. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality capsules efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and FDA regulations. Duties
- Operate capsule filling machines accurately and efficiently, following detailed production instructions and batch records.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and GMP guidelines throughout all operations.
- Perform quality control checks on capsules during and after production to verify consistency, weight, and appearance.
- Handle materials using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling tools while ensuring proper documentation of inventory movements.
- Interpret manufacturing documents including batch records, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and production schedules to ensure compliance.
- Assist in sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas in cleanroom environments to uphold cleanliness standards required in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues related to capsule machines or liquid filling processes.
- Follow all regulatory and legal compliance standards related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, including FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret production documents including batch records, SOPs, and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
