Job Summary
The marine upholsterer position is an important part of our production team. The primary work will be the upholstery of marine furniture: pontoon bench seats, recliners, captains chairs, or other boat seats. This is not a piece-rate position.

Job Skills
- Upholstery experience required and marine upholstery experience is a plus.
- Experience with a staple gun is a must.
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Safely navigate a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate well with others in a team environment and be able to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
- Must be able to lift and move benches and be able to maneuver items over 50 pounds.
Compensation
- 2wk training pay of $18.50/hr. Starting pay of $20.50/hr.
- Paid time off to be used during scheduled shutdowns begins accruing at 3 months of employment
