Summary/Objective: Performs heavy housekeeping duties campus wide for residents, employees and guests by performing the following duties:
Essential Functions:
- Empty baler and transport recyclable materials from all Campus buildings to collection sites.
- Operating industrial equipment to clean carpet and strip floors.
- Wash windows were accessible as requested or as needed.
- Move furniture out of and into rooms as needed including transporting furniture from the Louisville campus.
- Scrub and wax stairways, hallways, porches and entrances and buff and mop halls, shampooing carpet and furniture.
- Climbing ladders to complete cleanings, light fixtures.
- Hooking up and loading trailers with the Bobcat.
- Set up and clean up for events, including transporting tables and chairs, etc.
- Wash, dry and fold laundry.
- Taking inventory and restocking supplies.
- Back up for housekeepers when needed.
- Set ups for retreats and Sisters.
- Coordinates projects and special events with Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Other duties may be assigned.
