Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Ensure payments are taken appropriately.
- Assist patients in moving from room to room for treatment and ensuring they are aware of each modality they will be using in the visit.
- Cleaning rooms and equipment in between patients.
- Manage medical records diligently, ensuring proper organization, confidentiality, and timely retrieval of documents
- Perform basic patient data entry
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office setting or clinic environment with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security at all times
- Excellent front desk skills including appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records and clinic documentation
